Account Credentials: Secure authentication tokens handled via Google Cloud Firebase Auth. We never store raw passwords.
Transaction & Payment Details: UPI IDs and payment references processed securely via RBI-licensed payment partners (PhonePe UPI). Full banking credentials are never stored on our servers.
Browsing & Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser metadata, and interaction events utilized to optimize page load speeds and visual experience.

3. How Your Data Is Utilized

Your information is used strictly to fulfill e-commerce services, including:

Processing, manufacturing dispatch, and logistics delivery of your orders.
Sending live SMS and email shipping updates and delivery status notifications.
Providing personalized sizing recommendations and client concierge assistance.
Preventing fraudulent transactions and unauthorized chargebacks.
