How To Exchange or Return In 3 Steps

Initiate Request
Visit your Orders Page or email support@nxtive.com with your order ID and the preferred exchange size.

Doorstep Reverse Pickup
Our courier will arrive at your address within 24–48 hours to collect the packaged garment. No return label printing needed.

Fast Inspection & Refund
Once received and inspected at our studio, your replacement is dispatched immediately or your refund is credited within 5–7 business days.
Return Criteria & Inspection Rules
- Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and free from perfume, stains, or deodorant marks.
- All original designer hangtags, barcode labels, and dust pouches must remain attached and intact.
- Intimates, socks, or custom made-to-order capsule drops are final sale for hygiene purposes.
- Size exchanges are 100% complimentary on your first request per order.
